• Is the meal included?

  There is NO meal service at "NAGOMI". There are many fine restaurants. Why not discover the rich culinary while exploring Kyoto?

• Can I use the kitchen to cook food?

  Kyo-Machiya was an old residence constructed of wood, any use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the facilities. However, you are free to prepare any instant foods using hot water from the electric kettle and the microwave oven.

• Can we send our luggage on before our arrival date?

  NAGOMI does not have any in-residence staff, therefore we cannot keep your luggage either before arrival or after check-out. You may send your luggage back home or to your next destination from a nearby convenience store or post office.

• When staying over for consecutive nights, will room cleaning service be provided?

  Towels, toiletries and other amenities; as well as tea set and bottled mineral water are provided daily. Stays longer than 3 nights will be provided fresh bedding. For those wishing bedding to be changed, please hang the "MAKE UP CARD" on your door before 10:00 am. (Room cleaning times are from 10:00-15:00)

  In case of emergency matters such as fire or water leakage troubles, please contact +81-75-203-8553. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to disaster or theft.

• I forget the password for the electronic key.

  Please check your reservation confirmation email. If you still can't find the number or the mail, please contact +81-75-203-8553.

• Are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available?

  Kyo-Machiya was a residence constructed by wood, the entire facility is non-smoking.

• Is there a car park or bicycle parking space?

  We do not have any parking. Patrons kindly use the nearby coin-parking lot.
