About the Usage of Facilities ・ Equipment

• Is the meal included?

  There is NO meal service at “NAGOMI”. You may be able to select from thousands of fine restaurants while you are strolling around. Please check the 『Location』for more information.

• Can I cook food in “NAGOMI”?

  As Kyo machi-ya was initially an old residence constructed by wood, the use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the facilities. However, you can prepare simple cooking without fire (electric kettle is available).

• Can we send our luggage before we actually arrived?

  “NAGOMI” does not have residence employees, therefore we cannot keep your luggage (before and after check-in). However, you may send your luggage back home or to your next destination from nearby convenience store and post office.

• When staying over for consecutive nights, will the room cleaning service be provided?

  We will assume that guests who are staying more than one night do not require linens ( bed sheets, towels and pajamas ) to be changed daily.
  We provide to replace towels, toothbrush, amenity set and add tea set, mineral bottled water.
  As regards staying more than 3 nights, we replace the linen in three days due to hygienic reasons.
  Of course, you may choose to have daily linen service and we will honor your choice.

  Customers desiring linen service
  If you wish your linens to be changed, hung " MAKE UP CARD " outside of your door till 10:00a.m. as a sign that you wish your sheets to be changed.
  Room cleaning time: between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

• Is it possible to sleep with more than 2 people? How about the bedding?

  There are two beds. However, we can prepare “futons” (Japanese-style sleeping mat) for your needs.

• Emergency contact

  In case of emergency matters such as fire or water leakage troubles, please contact +81-75-203-8553. Please note that we cannot take responsibilities for your cash or any valuable items. Thank you for your understanding.

• I forget the password for the electronic key.

  Please check your reservation confirmation email from our staff. If you still couldn’t find the number or the mail, please contact +81-75-203-8553.

• Are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available?

  As Kyo machi-ya was initially a residence constructed from wood, all area inside the facility is entirely non-smoking.

• Is there a car parking or bicycle-parking space?

  We do not have car parking nor bicycle-parking space. Please use a nearby coin-parking space.
