Usage of Facilities ・ Equipment

  • Is the meal included?

    There is NO meal service at "NAGOMI". There are many fine restaurants. Why not discover the rich culinary while exploring Kyoto?

  • Can I cook food in nagomi?

    The use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the facilities. However, you can prepare simple cooking without fire (electric kettle is available).

  • Can we send our luggage on before our arrival date?

    Yes, we'll hold it for you at the front desk. Please note that we can only store luggage until 3:00 PM on the day of your check-out.

  • When staying over for consecutive nights, will room cleaning service be provided?

    We do not replace linens, such as sheets and pajamas, every day.
    We replace towels and amenities every day, and throw your garbage away.
    For guests staying longer than 3 nights, we can change your linens for you if you request that.
    If you need your linens replaced for any reason during your stay, please let us know and we can accommodate your request.

  • Emergency contact

    In case of emergency matters such as fire or water leakage troubles, please contact +81-90-8665-2033. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage due to disaster or theft.

  • I forget the password for the electronic key.

    Please check your reservation confirmation email. If you still can't find the number or the mail, please contact +81-90-8665-2033.

  • Are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available?

    There are NO smoking rooms at our accommodation.

  • Is there a car park or bicycle parking space?

    We do not have any parking. Patrons kindly use the nearby coin-parking lot.

Reservation and Price Plan

  • Are there rooms provided for single use?

    Yes, we offer accommodation for one person as well.

  • Is it possible for minors to stay?

    We do not allow minors (under 20) to stay at our facility without parental consent.

  • Are pets allowed?

    NO pets are allowed at NAGOMI.

  • Is there any rate for children?

    We don't have a specific children's rate.
