Is the meal included?
There is NO meal service at “NAGOMI”. You may be able to select from thousands of fine restaurants while you are strolling around. Please check the 『Location』for more information.

Can I cook food in “NAGOMI”?
The use of fire is strictly prohibited inside the facilities. However, you can prepare simple cooking without fire (electric kettle is available).

Can we send our luggage before we arrive?
You can send your luggage to NAGOMI if you pay for the delivery BEFORE sending it, and if you request the delivery time after 1PM (13 o'clock). We are unable to send luggage at our hotel. Please send your luggage from the convenience store or post office located near the hotel. If you need assistance from our staff, please ask.

When staying over for consecutive nights, will the room cleaning service be provided?
We do not replace linens, such as sheets and pajamas, every day.
We replace towels and amenities every day, and throw your garbage away.
For guests staying longer than 3 nights, we can change your linens for you if you request that.
If you need your linens replaced for any reason during your stay, please let us know and we can accommodate your request.
Room cleaning time: between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. -
Is it possible to sleep with more than 2 people? How about the bedding?
There are two beds. However, we can prepare “futons” (Japanese-style sleeping mat) for your needs.

I forget the password for the electronic key.
Please check your reservation confirmation email from our staff. If you still couldn’t find the number or the mail, please contact +81-75-203-8553.

Are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available?
There are NO smoking rooms at our accommodation.

Is there a car parking or bicycle-parking space?
We do not have car parking nor bicycle-parking space. Please use a nearby coin-parking space.

Can I stay over alone?
Yes, we offer accommodation for one person as well.

Is it possible to stay with more than 2 people?
Each room has two beds. If there are more than two guests in your party, we will prepare futons on the floor for you.

Is it possible for minors to stay?
We do not allow minor under 20 years to stay our facility without their parents consent.

Are pets allowed?
NO pets allowed in “NAGOMI”.

Is there any rate for children?
Children 6 years old and under do not cost extra accommodation fee or accommodation tax.
